Daniel Walk, Partner
Dan was born and raised in Puyallup and is proud to be able to establish his career here in his home town. He attended Rogers High School, and after a 7-year detour into his pre-attorney career, decided to go “back to school” at the University of Washington – Tacoma (Bachelors Degree) and Seattle University (Juris Doctor). He continues to reside right here in Puyallup with his wife and children.
Dan began his legal career during law school, in 2014-2015, handling hearings and other matters for the United States Department of Homeland Security. He learned quickly that he excelled in a courtroom setting, and continued his litigation practice immediately upon becoming a licensed attorney. While Dan enjoys and excels in the area of litigation, he understands the realities of life and the law and works tirelessly to ensure that his clients achieve their legal goals as efficiently as possible – carefully balancing those goals with their financial goals and constraints.
Dan’s practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and civil litigation. Dan regularly handles pre-litigation and litigation claims regarding probate, trust, “TEDRA” disputes, real estate, contract, business, and more. He has handled cases in county district and superior courts, the Washington State Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington.
