Dan was born and raised in Puyallup and is happy to establish his career in his hometown. Dan’s practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and civil litigation. Dan regularly handles pre-litigation and litigation claims regarding probate, trust, “TEDRA” disputes, real estate (easements and adverse possession), contract, business, and more. He has handled cases in county district and superior courts, the Washington State Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington.
